The 1st night was lovely, and again the staff was also.

We liked that the property is unique, clean, friendly staff and breakfast on site.

The last night was very unpleasant, the people next door were severely loud, for hours and after calling the staff twice the loudness continued until 3:30 am or so. So we definitely didn't get the best nights rest, and dealt with them being obnoxious and knocking on our shared door.

The restaurant and bar were great with great food and service. Checkin staff were really helpful.

The hotel was close to the Convention Centre and the staff were great. The rooms were a good size and clean.

The air freshener throughout the hotel was quite strong but overall was pleasant.

We had a nice stay except being disappointed with no hot water

Beautiful modern hotel in the convenient location to downtown Dallas. Excellent staff. Nicely appointed big rooms with comfortable bed and good quality linens.

Its a shame that we didnt have hot water and couldnt take a shower our second day there. We had 2 rooms and both didnt have hot water. Also, breakfast took almost an hour to be served. Its good quality bar and food but breakfast you should have extra time to get it. They have only one cook in the kitchen, short-staffed.

Great location! Super nice place as far as decor and swag.

the beds were super uncomfy! And our room was right by the major highway and all night long it was super loud. Couldnt sleep. Police sirens and honking and traffic passing.

Its amazing because this is the actual hotel that Tina turner ran to for refuge from Ike back in the day. It use the be call the Ramada. The room can be rented just ask for the cake suite!

Everything was great!!!

Staff was friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the history of the property. The new waitress that has only been there for four months impress me how knowledgeable she was about.the property and owner.

I didn't like the fact that.Hilton people came.in while.ww were eating lunch discussing the changes they were going to make. My personal opinion.the changes they.were making.took.away from the character and theme of.hotel.
