The room was nice ... comfy 4 poster bed and a hidden through the wardrobe bathroom. Staff were great

Parking on arrival was a nightmare as there were a few functions on at the time... I had to park around the back of the castle and move my car in the morning when other guests had left. Our room toilet sprang a leak too.

Room was very nice but could have been a little warmer. Heating was on but had to use a fan blower later in the evening which was a bit noisy while watching TV. Food at breakfast and dinner was exceptional.

Wood paneling on the walls was dusty. Pillow cases did not fit the pillows correctly. General appearance of the room could have done with freshening up a little. TV was old and small for a superior room advertised. In summary i would have expected a little more from a room that cost 207 per night. Having said that we thoroughly enjoyed the experience of staying in a castle.
