    Thank you for a lovely cottage. But attention to detail is needed to make it perfect.
    clean, tidy, warm, comfortable furnishings, private, nice location, left to our own devices,
    WIFI was advertised. It was non existent. Being rural is no excuse, (satellite, microwave, Gigaclear is accessible). Whilst we want to switch off from life when on holiday, life still needs wifi for streaming, google maps etc. especially when there is no phone (4G) coverage. The cooker was broken, as was the upstairs bathroom light. Really lovely little cottage, thank you, but these points made the stay less than perfect. Sorry!

    Nice place to stay, could maybe do with a bit of freshen up.
    The character of the property. Was nice an old converted barn or similar.
    The living room was upstairs and kitchen downstairs. With a bedroom on each level also, felt the space could be utilised better with even two extra bedrooms upstairs and a snug living are downstairs, but we still liked the charm of the place.

    Keys were in the door waiting for us and property was left tidy. Great quiet location with a play area for kids and a small secure garden for the dog. There is a large lounge with comfortable sofas.
    The downstairs was quite dark due to small windows and a big tree and hedge at the front of the property. The lounge is upstairs so it's a bit better. As a converted barn, there are quite a few cobwebs around. There were no freebies like tea bags or coffee so bring everything you will need.

    Mill House
    Mill House was excellent, with all the comforts of home. Everything to a very high standard. Hosts where very friendly, even gave us a jug of milk as we forgot to bring any.
    Quite a walk anywhere for a meal or a drink in the evening, but five minute drive to nearest pub. Saying that the house is in a lovely spot surrounded by county side
