Very clean and comfortable room, we had a good night sleep. Great place to stay in a fantastic location. We really enjoyed the area, nice places for breakfast just outside. We enoyed walking down to Notting Hill and Portobello Road.

Narrow stairs and not so easy to take the bags to the room, the staff was willing to help though.

Don't hesitate to book this very very nice boutique style accomodation situated close to Bayswater Underground. Fantastic staff and a nice upmarket pub . Will definitely go back .

Really incredible value for a well put together classy pub

The location was brilliant the little touches like window boxes the room although on the front of the building was incredibly comfortable and not noisy. We enjoyed everything about our break here.
