Lovely rooms & friendly staff

Rooms were amazing really comfortable bed & lovely bathroom.

The pub wasnt open during our visit not a massive issue but wouldve been nice to know in advance as wouldve liked a night cap.

Lovely, spacious rooms. Good facilities in room, tea, coffee, chocolate, biscuits, crisps even. Lovely and comfortable, quiet for London, 3 minutes walk from tube station.

Just the job for a quiet London overnight stay

Room was warm, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The bathroom was great and all the extras like robe and slippers made it that bit special. The bed, too, was very comfortable and not oppressively hot like some hotel mattresses and duvets

Air con unit outside the window was noisy (they all are) so we had to have the window closed all night. The room could have done with a couple of coat hooks on the door for wet outer coats.

SUPERB

This is superb boutique style living . Nicely situated in a quieter street with some beautiful coffee shops and restaurants just metres away and the Warren Street Underground just around the corner giving you easy access into the West End , etc. Awesome pub and restaurant and great rooms. All the staff were brilliant . Bogdan and Dallis spared no effort to make my stay exceptional . Thank you The Grafton Arms.

Exceptionally clean

The room was in a great little pub. The stairs are exhausting if you are unfit and older.....the staff delivered your luggage to the rooms. They went out of their way to help with whatever you needed. The rooms are beautiful, exceptionally clean and comfortable with great coffee, and a comp tray. The bed is lovely and comfortable with crisp white linen . The bathroom and shower again spotlessly clean, well designed. Unfortunately there is no breakfast available , we were recommended the Brazilian cafe a few doors down which served a fabulous breakfast.

The 5 flights of stairs without a lift if you are fit then no problem , not much of a view from our room. We overlooked roofs. The price wA expensive.
