Its clean and comfortable.

You are above a busy pub which can be a little noisy. The location doesnt have much around it food wise.

Won't stay there again

Breakfast was poor, I asked for breakfast in the price. Therefore I expected a cooked breakfast, it was only after I entered my card details to secure the room I found out it was a continental breakfast. Cooked was an additional 8.95 per person.

The rooms were dated, no wardrobe for hanging clothes up, not enough charging plugs.. shower very poor, room very dated. Cobwebs on the ceiling cleaning needs to be better. Ceiling fan in bathroom very dusty

Excellent location not far off the a50. Very easy check in and room was lovely.

Very busy Saturday night but thats not really a bad thing for the hotel.

Excellent value for money accommodation with lovely, helpful and friendly staff!

Although the room wasnt particularly large, it was very cosy, warm and a very good bathroom. With a perfect location for our needs and excellent staff, we have no hesitation in recommending The Lawns.
