    Would come again, if I can get a good deal.
    I was very comfortable.
    Disappointed that apparently my cousins paid the same for a similar double room and an amazing breakfast, as I paid for a single and no food! I also had to take into account cost of Clan gathering meal and return drive from South Devon. Such is life as a single pensioner. The old window was not fitting and draughty and the blind broken in pulled down position.

    Location was good, and the private parking is great as not a lot of places in Lyme Regis have parking. Very dog friendly and the staff were all lovely. Room was pleasant and clean, good breakfast in the morning.

    Great location just a 5 min walk up from the town centre. The room size was plenty for a family of four with dog in tow. Beds were very comfortable, heaters worked very well and the teas, coffees, etc provided in the room were good too. Breakfast the next day was great, lots on offer and very tasty, great way to start the day.
    That we couldn't stay another night! If they had a room available we definitely would have stayed a second night. Only other slight negative is the drafty windows, very noisy with a winter storm going on outside but it didn't bother us too much.

    This was a little gem of a find a family run business that made you feel at ho e as soon as you arrived Mo and all the other members of staff were friendly and helpful it was a pleasure to stay and the breakfast in the hotel was very good we loved it and will return
    Ok the hotel needs a bit of work but it is clean and comfortable
