Excellent hotel in great location - Highly recommend!

Great hotel, perfect location. Staff were amazing! Watched the NYE fireworks from the rooftop pool - perfect! Breakfast was great and they organised it early on our second day as we were heading out on a hike.

Room was spacious but a little dark, lumpy pillows and very loud air con.

Very comfortable and relaxing stay at the hotel. Really appreciate the attentiveness of the staff. Had a great lunch at

Clean, spacious rooms. Lovely roof terrace and pool. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Food was wonderful!

Light inside the wardrobe wouldnt switch off which was annoying when trying to sleep. Jacuzzi in the spa was quite cold.

Nice enough, but missing on the details.

The location is good, and the view from the rooftop bar is cool. Staff seemed attentive and knowledgeable.

The spa was difficult to schedule since no one was ever at the desk. The room service food was later than promised and cold on delivery. Housekeeper once unplugged my devices so that my tablet didnt charge while I was out. So weird. The jacuzzi water was only luke warm. The supplied hair conditioner seemed watered down. The water dispenser said it would be sparkling, but its not. There were just a lot of little things that were kinda odd and they added up to make it a less appealing stay than I expected. Oh, and the Atrium view is not appealing, so maybe an upgraded room is better.
