Despite what their listing says, they do NOT have a hot tub/jacuzzi, which is the only reason that I booked this hotel, which costs 45 euros/night more than the hotel we had been staying at. When I complained about their listing being inaccurate, they did not apologize and offered no solution. One receptionist told me, "Other people haven't complained. They like how this is a quiet, adults only hotel." Which is like having a vegetarian book a hotel because it promises vegetarian options even though they don't have them, and then the hotel telling the vegetarian, "Other people like haven't complained. They like our meat options." It is not acceptable to have an inaccurate listing and do nothing when this affects a guest.
Also, one time I returned after midnight and was locked out with no one at the front desk. I walked around the entire perimeter, thinking there might be a night time entrance, and nearly jumped the fence. Eventually I went back to the front door and knocked on the window and a guy came and let me in. When I asked him, "What am I supposed to do if I come back and no one is here?" he replied - without apologizing - "Someone is always here." Even though he was not there!! I do not thinking gaslighting a guest is consistent with 4-star service.
Final small issues: They made us pay to rent pool towels and put down a deposit, the gym has barely any equipment in it, the "heated indoor pool" is not in fact heated, and multiple things in our bathroom fell apart while we were there.
