However that's where it ends... firstly we were told that the check in would be at 16:00 but when we arrived the house had not been cleaned and everything was a mess, we had to wait for nearly two hours before we could enter the house only to discover that they had only prepared sleeping arrangements for 5 and not 6 people so again we had to phone in to obtain the whereabouts of the missing sheets and towels.
In addition on our arrival we had received a message stating that we had olive oil ,salt and coffee at our disposal..I imagine they meant it to be souvenirs...as a tiny tiny bottle of oil and 2 coffee capsules cannot have any use seriously...they shouldn't even mention it!!
Oh and we also ran out of toilet paper...one roll for six people for 4 days... again seriously!!!
Finally seeing we had to wait 2 hours to enter the house the first day we asked if there was a possibility we could vacate the house a 13:00 instead of the stepulated 11:00 , however this petition was refused!
If you cannot live up to the end of your bargain you should at least try to compensate in some way your client, who at the end of the day has paid you good money!!!
