But unfortunately the house is not well maintained, not clean and many appliances (toilets, water taps etc.) need replacement.
The whole stay in this Villa was shadowed by many unkept promises (no air condition, no table tennis, no darts, no whirl pool, real dirty pool, not enough towels, coffee machine und BBQ came only after a week or so after our complaints...) and by the constant presence of the owner on the property (worked every day in the garden, on the pool, was 3 hours per day on the phone speaking very loud and constantly controlled us telling us not to this or that...). When it came to the checkout he hold back the deposit of 1000 claiming he needed more time to check everything. Later he wrote me that he would charge us 200 for damaging the coffee machine (which was a dirty used model, not working properly from the start) and for having spoiled three bedsheets in a way he needed to replace them - which is just a wrong claim, an impudence and an insult to us.
The list of my complaints is almost endless, the villa was a real disaster, I don't want to think about it any more.
