I wish this was my holiday home

Love the location, its a stand alone villa right on the lake and only a short drive from ferries. I also really loved the jacuzzi, its a great add on. And I can imagine that the fireplace in the winter is amazing to have. The natural rocks in the house is such a beautiful decorative thought brought to a living space. Beautiful views - as you wake up in the morning and see the lake. Just wonderful.

Did not like the centipedes (hahaha) but that comes with raw natural stones in a home. I would have liked some new towels and more linens, for the money paid some extra amenities would have been great too. But the property itself was amazing.

Summer cottage with a price like 5 star hotel

Best location - 5-15 min drive to the most interesting places - villa Balbianello, Tremezzo, Menaggio or ferry stops to Bellagio or Varenna. Gorgeous place - villa is situated in a peaceful calm and picturesque place, it has a little hidden garden and a private access with to the lake It has a parking for 2 cars

After booking and paying I was sent a contract with an extra costs of 600 euro for the final cleaning! To reach the house entrance you have to carry you luggage 3 floors down by a narrow ladder. Many insects - scorpions and lizards - inside the house which made our living there not enough comfortable. Not enough sockets. Small and uncomfortable bathrooms
