    Lovely views, spacious property and great for our family, everyone had their own space
    Only comment would be to include basic supplies like milk, bread, etc as the property was far from supermarkets

    Absolutely wonderful stay!!
    Honestly, a great experience. The house was clean, the plumbing worked, the air conditioning worked. There is a garage for parking your car under the house. There is a laundry room with a small washer & dryer. The location is easy to get to, once you follow directions, and do the most direct road. The pool is shared with the other half of the house but it was cleaned regularly. Mara is a wonderful host, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her guests. She was helpful with all questions and available as needed. Absolutely gorgeous views, and very well maintained property. Will definitely stay there again if I am in the area.

    The segregating of the garbage in Italy is really goofy, and I had to learn it. The drive to the house is better if you have a smaller car. There are a few stairs in the house, and that can be difficult if you have bad knees/hips.

    Fantastic place, fantastic owner. About view from the villa - amazing! Villa is very clean, with covered garage. 100% will come in our favorite list.
    I haven't huge experience of vacations in off hotels property, but would be nice to have for this villa level some fruits and water on the check in.

    Very nice place for family with lake view
    spacious, very clean, terrace with lake view, complete kitchen set, swimming pool, big garage, close to port to cross como lake to bellagio, new building
    actually nothing, only swimming pool is 1,4 meter high not good for small kid. But it didnt really bother us.

    A/C, a pool, and great view of Lake Como
    The view of Lake Como is wonderful. Its quiet and a great place to relax. The space is large with plenty of room for our family with a teen, a tween and a school age child. Everyone could spread out and have their own space. I love that each room had its own bathroom. The kids loved the pool. Each room has its own A/C which was a godsend! we loved that it had a garage. Overall- it was a lovely stay.
    The only thing that struck me was the very strong odor of a scented cleaning product. it was a lot- so we opened all the doors and windows to air it out. It was fine.
