The property was well keep, but it was a little farther out than I expected from our outings in LA, and there were a few things that could be better. For starters, we could not access the property. The owner sent the welcome letter with the codes and information about the property a day or two before our stay. When we arrived the code that was sent to the front door did not work! We huffed and puffed but we could not get in! I was not aware he sent another code during our travel that day, so we were standing outside frustrated for about 15 to 20 minutes until we finally saw the new message. The dishwasher leaked water all over the floor. My grandson discovered it by slipping on the floor (not hurt). The pullout mattress has awful stains. It should be replaced. The master bedroom bed was not very comfortable, but we made it work. The weather was a little cool so we had to ask the owner to turn on the pools heater. He did the next day. It too a while to heat, but we had 2 days to enjoy the pool.
