The location is a pleasant walk to the tube station and dining options. Early check-in was accommodated.

Good for London travellers

2nd time staying due to well located and priced rooms.

Room was relatively clean but run down and a small shower. Generally not as pleasant compared to first visit.

The staff were so lovely and helpful. Excellent place to stay over Christmas for visiting relatives. The location right next to the park is great and the room is warm and comfortable.

Well worth a look in Wandsworth.

Good location. Clean and friendly.

Its a pity that breakfast is not an option, but there are plenty of nice places to eat in Balham, so not a problem really.

The location, the host was very friendly and helpful.

The tiny shower. My husband had to turn sideways to get in it and had no room once in it!
