The Best Western Plus Monopole M�tropole is praised for its friendly staff, great breakfast, and central location. The rooms are beautiful and a decent size. The breakfast staff is impressive with th (Read More)eir efficiency. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and central Strasbourg. The staff is nice and the rooms are comfortable. Guests enjoyed the warm apple cider and pain d'�pice treats during Christmas. The hotel is centrally located near Strasbourg city center and offers great drinks and beers at the bar. The overnight parking is cheap. The room service is also excellent. Overall, guests had an awesome experience at the hotel.

Disappointing

Never again!

Staff are not accommodating and the room we were placed in was very old and. The sofa bed squeaks at a slight move so my daughter didnt had a proper sleep!

Staff are not accommodating to their guest. Breakfast is so basic. Room does not have toiletries and if you request you have to collect it yourself.

It would be nice and usefull if the hotel had restaurant for dinner and perhaps menu for New Year's Event.

location was good. very close to train and other attractions. breakfast was nice also .

the hotel was under construction or there was a mending process by the time we stayed. they started working at very early hours without stopping a minute . it was impossible to sleep. that was our bad luck I guess but we would expect the management to take cautions.

Location to the Christmas markets, paid parking availability and restaurants/convenience stores nearby.

When you check out you can only leave your car until 1:00 PM and there is no option to pay. The parking is tiny and can only accomodate several cars.

Very clean and comfortable room. At the reception, Veronique was very welcoming. The location is perfect, calm yet walking distance from the railway station and the busy touristic area. I highly recommend it.

Very good

Hotel with very friendly staff conveniently located for the old town.

Friendly helpful staff.

Garage really only suitable for high wheelbase vehicles (something that the hotel did mention) but describing an alternative nearby public car park would have been helpful. Bedside light switches out of reach when lying in bed.
