    Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location for a nice quiet spa vacation. Great restaurants, great staff ,very nice and comfortable bed.
    Everything was very expensive ( spa restaurants etc.) We booked this hotel which is beautiful but was too quite for us so we asked to move to the other building hotel because here the bar and lobby was closed during the day ( except for specific times)and our spa treatments were booked in the other hotel . Its 5 min walk between them but we preferred to add the payment and move to the more active hotel .

    My visit was simply amazing. I cannot wait to visit again in 2024.
    The natural beauty of the spectacular property the hotels are situated on is simply amazing. The hotels provide superb service, from booking to the wonderful, friendly & knowledgeable staff on arrival to the property. My dining experience did not disappoint. I enjoyed the delectable freshness of each meal & the delightful presentation. My room was spacious, clean & quite modern with an amazing alpine view. The fresh orchids in the room added a very nice welcome touch to the ambience which is set for guests relaxation & rejuvenation.
    Perhaps a complimentary shuttle to & from Zurich Airport might be condidered. The Opera Dinner was very enjoyable & I hope more similar evening activities will be added in the near future.

    Amazing dreamy mountain+lake getaway.
    This is like a dream place. An experience you would hardly forget! The location is dreamy, my room was facing the hills with cowbells ringing all day. Breakfast are exquisite, whatever you like will be served within a minute. Service everywhere in the resort is amazing, stuff is the friendliest and the most entertaining for the ones who travel alone too. You can enjoy several different restaurants with great cuisine and views. Spa in the Waldhotel is perfect, clean and quiet, not many visitors during a low season (i was basically alone there all the time). You can also enjoy some attractions around or visit Luzern by boat fastly.

    My Favorite Place on Earth. The location in the Swiss nature and the service are exceptionally good.
    Breakfast and the SPA department are particularly good. The hotel's location in the middle of beautiful Swiss nature is exceptional. I highly recommend it.
