Poor hospitality

Have stayed here many times and have enjoyed my stays. Clean rooms helpful staff but this time really makes me wonder if I want to ever stay again.

There was no blanket or sheets for the hideaway couch when we asked the front desk was told they didn't have anymore they ran out.

Superb

Enjoyable and comfy

Staff was courteous and friendly. Lobby & dining area was aesthetically pleasing. Room was spacious & inviting. My adult daughters were impressed and my 9-1/2 month old grandson had a blast cruising the room.

Never again.

Front lobby was (deceptively) clean.

Found several human hairs, both long and short/curly on the bedding. Asked for new sheets and was given the wrong size. Went back a second time and was pretty sure I was given the old set I had just stripped from the bed back. Ground floor windows insecure and had to wait probably twenty minutes to check in while staff was vaping out back. Won't be returning to a Comfort Suites. Could have saved the $130 and slept more peacefully in my car.

Breakfast was good and they had a few different choices for my kids. Even though the pool was small it was nice for my kids to be able to use for a little bit.

The microwave didnt work properly and the bathroom seemed like it was rushed when they cleaned it. Also no drain plug for my kids to take a bath.

Very good

Room was spacious and clean. Had a really good breakfast and the lady taking care of breakfast was very nice.

No fault of the hotel but it sounded like there were motorcycles drag racing a block away til late in the evening. Other than that no complaints
