Poor - will not stay again.
Breakfast was ok for a family with young children.
Very noisy - poor sound proofing. I had to complain as young children couldn't sleep even at 10.30pm. Was told we couldn't move rooms. Overcrowded facilities particularly pool area. Somebody charged a bar bill to our room which resulted in long conversation at checkout to reverse.

Disappointing
We enjoyed it despite issues but does feel a bit tired.
The staff were helpful and the new years gala night was a good event.
Very tired shower not very powerful. No opener behind bar for wine to be opened. Venison on New Years Eve was tough.No eggs or mushrooms at breakfast.

We were really disappointed in the facilities of the property as we were told all the systems were down and we couldnt order any food. Drinks also. The bar staff seemed very young and untrained to be dealing with this. Our toilet also flooded our whole bathroom out and we were up most of the night due to being in a joining room.

Comfy and good location
The new side of the property has nice rooms which are quiet and comfy with good black out curtains for sleep.
There is a lot of walking up and down stairs, ask for the ground floor if you have mobility issues. There is still a lot of climbing stairs without any lifts. There arent any smart tvs in the rooms.
