    Amazing breakfast! Beautiful lobby! Loved being right on the beach. Grateful for a workout room and awesome breakfast. Super nice staff at every encounter!
    Workout room didn't have cups for water available. Our handle on the bathroom broke (but was fixed quickly). The TV in our bedroom shorted out (also fixed quickly). The couch sofa was usable, but it was broken and slanted. It just needs to be updated. It would be nice if they scraped the seaweed off the beach too.

    The staff is supper friendly. The facilities are fantastic. The climate was incredible. The rooms are super spacious and comfortable.
    The room was surface cleaned but very dusty. We would start coughing every time we were in the room. Curtains need cleaning and the rug and air conditioner smelled musky when it wasn't super cold.

    I would definitely stay there again because of the beautiful surroundings.
    Breakfast options were excellent. Staff very courteous and helpful. Pool and beach front were great. Gym and equipment were fabulous.
    The rooms are extremely outdated. Mattresses very uncomfortable. If you get too close to edge, you can fall off. Bathrooms rusty and old. Very disappointed with dinner menu and taste of the foods.Definitely not puertorrican worthy.

    We asked for housekeeping because all our sheets were wet due to a child accident, when we came back that night from being out all day no one had come to our room despite telling from desk that morning. We had to use the same sheets I cleaned and hung up to dry that morning. For the amount of money we spent, 4 rooms total as well, we expected more. The next morning I asked for a manager and was told they didnt have a manager in that morning. No one contacted me and when I went again to the front desk that evening all she did was say you could have called the front desk at that time and we would have brought up clean sheets.

    Meh. Kids had fun.
    Breakfast was great. Beautiful views. Kids had a great time at the pool.
    Elevators were sporadically working/not working. The beach was a bit trashy Sunday morning but then Monday saw someone cleaning it. Had to call the desk twice for toilet paper. Limited food options . The food was mediocre at best and very expensive. I would expect real cheese and fresh chicken not cheese whiz and what seemed like Purdue prepackaged strips on the nachos. We all had sore/dry throats every morning (maybe they need to clean the vents!). The game room was out of service. Expect to be very overcharged for little incidentals like sunblock.

    The entire hotel is in dire need of renovations. The ceiling was leaking in multiple locations; storys had many holes; and rust on fixtures are just a few examples

    Lousy and Unacceptable !
    The pool area was more comfortable to sit at than anywhere inside because it was VERY cold and WET-inside the rooms and everywhere in the hotel. Was unable to sleep due to the mugginess and mold making me cough all the time! We asked for a room change hoping maybe it was just our side of the building but they were unable to move us. If you paid me thousands of dollars, I would never stay there again!! Horrible horrible place!
    See above. Wiped down the remotes and knobs and faucet as soon as I got in the room- wipes were black!! Basically disliked everything ! We want others to know so they will not get sick from the moldy rooms!

    The staff was professional, accommodating, and friendly. The pool is impressive and it had beach access. The lobby area was nice. The view from our balcony was beautiful. The property itself was great.
    The room was very dated and didn't seem to match the beautiful grounds. I was disappointed when I walked in and further let down as it smelled damp and moldy.
