    Every staff member was exceptionally nice. The breakfast was definitely an elevated " Continental" breakfast. The attendant was seriously one of the nicest people I have ever met. The area was kept meticulous. There was also a bartender filling in and she went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable.
    The mattresses and bedding could use an upgrade. Not horrible, but not the cloud floating feeling that I live at hotels.

    The staff was great and the room was big. Bathroom was clean and big also. Breakfast was good.
    Didn't like the fact that we had to park in a parking garage and pay $10.00 a day to park and was not informed of this ahead of stay. Right beside the interstate and traffic noise was bad. Heard sirens 4 or times during the night. Not conducive to sleeping.

    My shower head need replace. I was in a double bed room...I had to switch beds cause I could feel the spring in the 1st bed closest to the door. my room number 203

    Timeliness of addressing issues was good. Breakfast was great. Staff was very friendly including breakfast and cleaning staff.
    There was a smell of smoke in the hallway after returning from an event on Saturday and Sunday morning.

    I liked the location of the hotel. I stay here every year for this conference. The rooms are very clean and comfortable beds.
    There were dirty linens and trash (from housekeeping) laying in the hall on the floor for two days in a row. This should be taken care of because not only is it unsightly, but it is also a trip hazard.

    Nice breakfast, friendly staff, rooms and beds are super comfy and clean. Location is good, walking distance from stores and downtown.
    Coffee should be hot not cold to be reheat it in the microwave.

    Pleasant Experience
    The property and the building itself were every nice! Things were clean and in their place. The staff were tremendously nice and accommodating.
    The bed was miserably uncomfortable. Extremely hard! My wife and I both tossed and turned all night, eventually waking up with a sore back. This was the ONLY thing we disliked about our stay
