Very poor

Location was fine and staff was nice.

We arrived at our room with the door ajar, and the room had not been cleaned. The beds were made, but the bathroom sink had dirty residue in it and it just looked like the cleaning process was never completed.

Superb

Cute boutique hotel in the centre of Knoxville, comfy rooms and friendly staff.

Decor was really great, felt very boutique. Cosy room. Good dinner in the bar. Friendly staff.

Breakfast options available were very limited, although what I did eat was good. The bathroom smelled very strongly of bleach - which indicates it was clean which is great, but it was overpowering the whole room.

I was told I could pay at property so I did upon arrival, when checking out the front desk tried to charge me again and then also tried to charge my card 3 more times after I left

The bed was comfy

The cafe did not open in the morning as the barista did not show up for work. We have stayed here twice (5 months ago) and the same thing happened during our precious stay. The bathroom door lock was broken. And there were enough hidden fees added to our final bill that the cost doubled.

Exceptional

I have stayed at The Graduate several times and each experience has impressed me. The rooms are nice and clean, but also interesting and unique. The staff is friendly and accommodating, across the board. Although I have enjoyed staying at other nice hotels downtown, I prefer The Graduate and look forward to my nest time there.

Beautiful hotel with unique decor thats really cozy but disappointed in communication surrounding actual charges charge

Rooms were super cozy and staff was friendly.

Under the impression that you could do valet or prk in the back. Upon arrival, it was actually valet only. Receptionist mentioned charging $35 + incidentals and let on we would get incidentals back. Now this week I see I was charged $67 and called back to hotel only to be informed that i was actually charged valet, taxes and amenities.
