Amazing two bedroom suite on the fifth floor with the most beautiful view of the lake. Staff was spectacular; room was huge with spacious bedrooms and sitting area. Balcony was amazing with a four top table and the best view you could have of Lake Lugano. The regular rooms are much smaller but the hotel and staff, and the two bedroom suite was superb. Thank you!

We LOVED our stay at this hotel in Lugano. The location is stunning and the staff is extremely friendly! Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a classy and comfortable stay in the area. The breakfast buffet was one of my favorites! Thank you to the kind staff for welcoming us!

My room was very spacious with a large balcony. Very comfortable bed and a hotel tv that actually worked really well and was easy to use.
Wonderful facilities with a large swimming pool and a tennis court.
Very attentive and considerate service.
Bathroom a bit outdated but it was not a big deal.
