    Perfect location. Would stay at this hotel again if ever in the area.
    Great location. Beautifully clean property. Large room. Safe, well lite parking lot. Kind staff. Nice amenities. Nice breakfast.
    Hallways were a bit noisy. Woke without water and not able to shower or use the restroom before check out which I understand is out of their control. But service recovery was lacking, no compensation was offered.

    Nice hotel and was exceptional clean it didnt care for the room service policy..
    Close proximity to the biltmore .
    Stayed for 2 nights and room was not serviced. On the 2nd day ,we noticed a small sticker on the bathroom mirror rooms serviced ever other day of your stay . Unfortunately for the price of the room , it should have been made up .. at least some fresh towels. We Did call down to the front desk and they brought some immediately .

    Nice hotel, great staff and location
    Great location, close to everything we wanted to see. Front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Would stay here again!

    Clean, reasonably priced. Great breakfast buffet w/decent coffee. Desk staff friendly and helpful.

    Great stay for a short visit to the Bilmore Estate.
    Great location....3 min to Biltmore. Most important, the room was super clean! Decent breakfast with standard fare. Endless cups of coffee, tea and hot chocolate throughout the day. Staff was friendly and helpful.

    Visit Ruby at the Hampton Inn bar
    Close proximity to Biltmore Estate and the first Hampton Inn we've stayed at that had a bar. Very nice!

    We enjoyed our stay. would recommend to others.
    room was super clean and bed was comfy. breakfast was really good every day. staff was attentive. when we got to our room I noticed the stopper in the sink wasn't working. someone from facilities came up right away and fixed the issue.
    could have had regular drawers to keep our clothes in during the stay. found little baskets but that really wasn't great.
