Guests also appreciated the hotel's beautiful decor, comfortable beds and pillows, and good channel selection on the TV. However, breakfast could get crowded during busy times. Overall, guests were satisfied and plan to return.

Superb

The hotel was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It was in a good location. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby.

The pillows on the bed could have been a little firmer. They were sort of deflated and sad.

Overall pleasant experience

Clean and bright.

Air conditioning unit did not work properly. Also I booked two adjoining identical rooms and one cost more than the other and I am not sure why Also a bit of false advertising. It says its close to the Biltmore but its about 6-7 miles away. There are closer hotels to the Biltmore Estate

Happy with the cleanliness of our room Good overall experience

Easy to check in Smelled clean Although we did not go, I liked it had a bar area that served snacks and drinks

It said it was close to the Biltmore so we assumed it was the one right before the entrance to the estate. In fact, it was about 7 or 8 miles away
