A great stay ! Will be back next time in Jacksonville

Location was great! Front desk staff was great! Parking was great!

My opinion, if theres a game in town and your booked up A lot of guess will be at the bar area when its open. The bartender was very rude to some guess. She could have been overwhelmed by having a big area to cover and being the only person. Prob could have made more in tips and more sales for the hotel

Rooms more spacious than average, easy parking,

Would not select this neighbourhood again, check in process wasn't smooth, had to wait to get linens for the sofa bed with tired kids late at night. Poor quality bedding and uncomfortable sofa bed.

Very good

My husband and I stayed for one night for our anniversary so we could explore Jacksonville for a bit

The beds are very comfortable. The pool and hot tub area is very nice.

I dont like that parking costs $20 a night, and the breakfast was not very good.

Close to the stadium. Nice bar area. Staff was friendly.

Disappointed that the elevator was broken and the hot tub was closed for maintenance
