Guests had a wonderful family stay at Hilton at the Ageas Bowl, Southampton, with an upgrade to a one-bedroom suite and great views of the cricket ground. My son got stuck in the bathroom because of a faulty lock and it took 50mins to get him out.

excellent staff and food and a credit to the people who had to work over christmas at the hilton

The staff and food were wonderful they put in the extra effort well done team Hilton that worked Christmas a credit to your company

We cleaned out the shower overflow filled with long hair, the free toiletries were empty in the shower (we did bring our own) the pillows for the bed were poor and not supportive, the curtain on tracts had come off the rails with view to pitch, only one dressing gown and one pair of slippers for two guests (We never reported these we were very happy)

I was double charged for the room and I still haven't recieved my money back despite ringing several times and being told it was being released yet still recieved nothing.

The food was good and the dining staff pleasant

There was an infestation of flies in the bathroom coming from the sink. Every day I had to eradicate them. I. Did report this and I think the technician need to look at this for health reasons. Also the cleaning g was not up to scratch. Lots of dust. The bedding was nice but the clock was not at the correct time and the internet connector was not working.

Amazing stay, would definitely go back!!

The staff were very welcoming from the point of entrance, as well as being helpful to our queries. We had a deluxe queen room which was clean and tidy, of good size, the facilities were good. Our only concern was we had a toddler who had nothing to do around the hotel because the hydrothermal pool was suitable for only 16 years old+. But this has nothing to do with the hotel, we knew it before booking anyway. Definitely recommend and would definitely go back!! We had dinner and breakfast at Beefys, food was absolutely delicious!!!
