They charged for parking and for the Continental breakfast. Those two things are usually included with the price of the hotel. They charged enough for the stay that those 2 things should be included.

The staff was very nice and the facility looked nice on the surface.
I will just say there was no hot water for a shower on our end of the building. This did not appear to be news to the staff and nothing was being done about it. The hotel was fully booked and no other rooms were available. I tried to contact Booking.com and there was no way to contact them. I tried to contact Holiday Inn and there is no way to contact anyone there either, very convenient for them when a problem arises. Needless to say I will be very cautious using either of these companies in the future.

The staff did not honor my booking.com reservation price. I was charged $161.35 more than the reservation. This was a huge inconvenience. Manager on duty was very unprofessional. She honored someone else's price but not mine. I think I was racially profiled.

Bed mattress was like sleeping on rock.
Chlorine in hot tub was too much. Couldn't go in, it burned my eyes.
Construction, so I think room was not completed missing side table, maybe the couch. Hallways freezing cold.
Only had one washrag and towel in room. .

It is very close to downtown.
It took us 2 hours to check in and then our cards didnt work. There is a burger joint that wasnt even open when advertised it is a food truck. The elevator wasnt working on the second floor. Walls are thin and beds are not comfortable we were kept up by everyone around us. We had free breakfast included and we went down to breakfast they were trying to charge us and when we went to serve our selves there was absolutely nothing to eat.

Convenient to downtown but dont expect friendly customer service
It was close to town and there is a restaurant on site.
Very dog friendly and the thing is I own 3 dogs but having dogs constantly barking being left unattended was not what I want to hear on vacation. Ths staff was not very helpful when I asked questions. My body wash was never refilled and our fridge was broken not able to store leftovers. When I called to notify staff about the fridge we were told sorry.. you can use the fridge downstairs. It was one thing after another. We are pretty easy going people and rarely complain but since the second we checked in it was one thing after the next. To top it off our tv had parental locks on the cable and we were limited to what we could watch. luckily Phoebe was the only staff member to help us with our concerns and moved us into another room

Clean and served its purpose
Elevators broke down . They charge for parking in their lot when you do not have any other choice and the when the lot is not gated or locked. I understand paying for a secured parking lot but this one is not secured. Seems to be a quick way for them to make an extra 10 per night!
