Our room was super small, it wasn't cleaned one of the days so I had to flag this to reception and the hotel definitely wasn't worth the money. We asked for a bigger room and they were supposed to let me know however I never heard anything back. We are a young family and travelled with our young daughter and small dog. The location is terrible if you have young children with you as nothing is on the doorstep and you have to drive everywhere. People were running up/down the corridors, talking and bashing on doors and one of the mornings it was at around 3am, there are cameras in all corridors so you would have thought that reception staff would have done something about this. When I approached reception all they said was "don't worry it was people on tour and they have now checked out" not great to be honest as this was a very rare break away for us as a family. Aside from breakfast (which was the only good thing) no food is served until 3pm (again, no good when you have kids as you have to go off-site). My husband wanted alcohol free beers to which they didn't have so had to go off-site to the shop to purchase. Overall we were supposed to stay for 3 nights but only stayed for 2 nights as quite honestly we had enough and couldn't wait to get home for a decent night sleep. We checked out the day before and were told we could not get a refund on the one night we weren't staying and would only receive 10 back for the parking. Never again, it was very disappointing.
