Didn't see breakfast potatoes like other Holiday Inn Express and Suites. But no issues overall it was good.

Awful and has ruined our holiday trying to sort this mess out

See my previous correspondence. Insisted we pay for the additional room that we cancelled with yourselves months ago despite showing them all your emails confirming this .

As above also room not completely clean . Standing room only at bfast as insufficient seating . Staff not welcoming and rude to us re the room issue
