Multiple minor things added up. First, upon arrival I asked before going to room if there was bedding for the pull out couch and was told yes. We get to the room and there is zero. I ask for some to be sent up while we were out - get back late to find only sheets and pillow was sent - no blanket and had to go back down to get one. The staff were nice and helped each time, but having to ask 3 times to get what we needed was annoying.
Second, this is a big hazard and issue to me - when you enter the suite you enter the LR, then bathroom, then bedroom. The lock to the bathroom is on the living room side - so not only could kids come in to the bathroom when they wanted, but they could ACTUALLY LOCK US IN! Once locked from the outside - anyone in the bathroom or bedroom is trapped (we checked to see if it could be opened from inside and it could not).
Next, there was no soap at one of the sinks and the other had a soap that is all the way at the back locked to the wall - meaning only one sink can be used to wash hands and kids and myself cant even reach it - I had to go buy hand soap on vacation. There wasnt near enough towels. There were no towel bar or hooks in the bathroom to hang any towels up. Light switches were a pain to find and some didnt work. Beware- bed is very high. Breakfast had a super long line and no variation from day to day.
