Breakfast, not enough for the people you accepted reservations from, nothing special for Christmas, first day there were muffins, none after.
Bath: inconvenient, first of all not family friendly at all, no bathtub, no hose, the bathroom door was not closing, no toilet brush etc. I wrote to the hotel through the booking site twice to ask about the bathroom with bathtub, because according to the pictures they had such rooms, and NO specifications that there were only for people with handicap. When I confronted the reception first day, they said nothing to be done, management did nothing, at least a discount for the discomfort- NOTHING, having to shower a baby in my arms, when she needed a hot bath after long 4 days...? The hotel did not answer properly, and to say that even if the room with bathtub would be available, with no handicap I would not get it, and that families are used to showers, are unacceptable, non sense- bathtubs are not only for handicapped people???, it was not the first time I stayed at a home 2 suites chain, never had the issue, so never again will I stay at this one in Wayne and they should specify better on their site and answer to messages, not telling me to call, I do not want to pay international phone fees just for that, you did answer to welcome me, to tell me that there was no crib available and that check in can be done earlier, but not to the question about the bathtub, how convenient, if I would have known, I would have chosen another hotel so "thanks for that".
