    Location, nice and friendly staff , one of the reception is italian and he helped us a lot with the activities to do

    Great staff and good location, soft bed and luggage storage
    No water hot or cold provided, no access to fridge or microwave, our room was on the ground floor next to the pool so very noisy when people were in the pool and not very private. We requested the ground floor because theres no elevator and as my dad is a pensioner, getting luggage up the stairs would have been very difficult - the breakfast was instant coffee and not very fresh fruit

    This hotel has the basics to be turned into a great zen, garden type boutique hotel
    This area of 5 th avenue is very quiet. It is close to Calle 38 which is one of the best streets in playa. Ah cacao is directly across the street for coffee. Chedraui select is also close which is an outstanding grocery store. Many good restaurants in the area. Rooms are clean. Great air conditioning and WiFi. Staff is wonderful. There are many steps to get to rooms on 2 nd and 3 floor. Not an issue for me as I enjoyed the exercise.
    Better lighting at night. More trees and plants in common areas. Better seating in common areas. Better wall decorations in rooms. Continental breakfast was weak in my opinion. The brittle toast was not very popular.

    Although the hot water didnt work, I only stayed here for one night. During the day it was way too hot. So cold shower
    Right on 5th avenue on the strip of all the bars, restaurants, clubs. Also had AC!
    Roof hot tub was out and hot water didnt work for me

    A mall and several good resturants within the vicinity of a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel itself has a geat atmosphere great faculties, and the woman who checked us in at the front desk was very friendly. We checked in after 8pm but the check in was fast and easy.

    Nice room, clean and spacious. Very good thing in a room was a fridge. Bathroom was also good. Nice pool outside.
    I didn like bed, it was wird. When you would just sit on it was making noises. We tought that will break in some point.
