    Central location but basic rooms and a little pricey and bathroom small.

    More space in the room for the price we paid. Managers and reception staff could improve their customer service. Also, hotel called Riverview, but we did not have any view! For this price and this type of room, there are cheaper options locally, or even basic hotel will compare.

    Staff was quite rude (Man on Reception) and even they tried to put a false allegation of missing towel without even thinking that when a guest can spend thousand of rupees for single day stay won't they be able to afford a towel that they will try to carry it from Hotel Room. We made them check our bags and nothing was found and they just said sorry, disgusting and so embarrassing it was. They Say "ATITHI DEVO BHAVYA" and this is how guest is treated.

    Room should have better interior. Ac cooling not proper. Toilet taps were not up to the mark. Toilet Sliper should be their. Toiliterie were not sufficient. Regards. Neville
    Room interior is very poor. Toilet not keeping dry. Even in morning at check out, counter receptation was not having change.

    I don't take breakfast. Dinner is good Location is best and easily approachable. The staff is cooperative and familiar
    Dust in rooms makes unpleasant stay. Need to clean for dust collector machine
