Room to the door was broken brought much aggravation, they fixed it the night before we left! And staff does not speak English well enough

We enjoyed our stay
The location is really nice, the food was good and the beds are soft and comfortable. The staff was nice and took good care of us. The pool area offers an amazing view and even some toys for kids.
Even considering that the breakfast was good with variety and changes in menus - it is a little expensive compared to other places in the area.
The pillows are stiff like a stone.
Just as a side note, they changed the wall colour to black. Looks not as nice as on the booking pictures, but still ok.

It's not too bad if you get a pool room
The food at the restaurant was really nice.
Staff was friendly.
Entering the pool from our room was fantastic.
Had to take a taxi to go places as it wasn't in walking distance from anywhere.
The beach isn't a beach it literally a area of the Port which they put sand.
I feel like it's a little over priced.
It rained a lot.
We asked for honeymoon room it was just a pillow and fairy lights lol.

Great location and great rooms.
Staff does not speak or understand English at all.
Had to wait over 2h for our room to be ready,restaurant staff extremely unorganised-could see that they have not any idea what they were doing -no management to staff .
Price for food in restaurant does not meet expectations-extremely long waiting times to be served food.
Recommend to eat in other restaurant.We went across the street to Green Bar-perfect service and food was great for good price and food was served very fast.

Not worth the money.
The only thing we liked was the ocean view.
1. Location was far from everything 2. The pool in the back area was dirty. 3. No toiletries except for a shower cap and a soap. 4. Wasnt provided a towel for our toddler even though we asked. 5. The bed linens were not changed during our 3 day stay even though we requested. 6. Breakfast selection was poor.

Locations is far away from everything. No hotel service at all, cleanness is bad, the lining is dirty when we checked in. old facilities, nothing like 4-5star hotel. Luckily we only stay one night. Low value out of the price.

The worst experience of my life with hotels. Get away from this place. I was cheated by booking.com and this hotel

Everything- food is awful, location is far from most popular areas and I didnt know it since it is my first time at Phuket. Pool is dirty, rooms are old - check my photos. For the service - for my request to give me one more room keys because I had to wake up my wife I was said it is too much to have 2 keys. They are just too greedy and didnt give it until I reminded how much I paid for this place. And instead of having rest I had to think about not losing the keys. For the water the same - they said it is enough for today. So I ordered some water from grab and even for this I had to ask to bring it to my room 3 times. And it is ok if this place was marked as 3 star hotel and costed little. But I paid a lot, I paid the same as 5 star hotels, 250$ for one room, and booking.com didnt mark it as something unusual , I believed that it really has 5 star level by the photos and price. And you know what - their prices for room service are also 5 star level, but service is 3 star.
