    Overall, the Hyatt Place Boise/Towne Square is a nice and clean hotel. The room was spacious and well-appointed, and the staff were excellent. However, there were a few issues mentioned by guests. Th (Read More)e hallways were dark, especially around the elevators, which created an unwelcoming atmosphere. One guest found the breakfast to be atrocious and inedible, with powdery eggs and tasteless potatoes. Despite these issues, the hotel had a good location near the Boise river and offered comfortable rooms.

    Comfortable place to stay.
    The bed was very comfortable. It was clean. The staff was great!
    Our toilet in 213 was running off and on throughout our stay. I do not want to have to pay for parking at the hotel. If this is implemented I may choose another hotel.

    Corporate management needs to step up the quality of hotel procedures
    Location and employees!
    There were dark hairs on the bathroom floor all over upon entering the room, there was marijuana smoke in the hallway that seeped into the bedroom (we later received a note underneath the door with an apology from the manager for the smell), the breakfast area was not set up conducive to making sure the staff could maintain the area.... Plates and bowls were also to large to put into the small hole where garbages went. It seems like they used to use trays that were washed and now since COVID they have changed to disposable plates and they don't fit down the holes to be thrown away. Management needs to order different garbages and make it so that the staff doesn't have to walk down the hallway with food to get to the lobby... It's weird. Why not make it easy on not only your customers but employees! Also, they charge $10 for parking in their very own hotel Parking lot in addition to the hotel fee. Weird!
