However, there were some complaints abou (Read More)t noisy children in the hallways and unfriendly bar staff. Despite this, the overall experience was positive with the hotel being described as clean and nice.     Beautiful hotel and the indoor swimming pool was awesome! Friendly staff. Breakfast was the best I ever had in a hotel. It was delicious!
    The indoor swimming pool was not warm enough. The water was too cold.

    Dirt and breakage of furniture is due to cleaning and inspection "from above" without thinking about
    Xcelkent location. Wonderful staff.

    Our heat wouldn't turn off, got up to 86F, and called the front desk, and they wanted to move us for that night. And didn't say sorry or say we take little off your room, now this happen at 3:30am, we had our baby with us

    It was dirtythe carpets in room needed to be cleaned, there were pubic hairs scattered in the bathroom, the pool was cold, the restaurant should be open, or at least the bar, in between lunch and dinner to accommodate people arriving early and waiting.

    Clean and quiet
    Checkin was annoying with the check-in parking and main lot parking full. One other person was at check-in with me so I was confused why so many spaces were taken up in the temp spaces. Many homeless right out front, but I guess you get that in downtown.
