    Room was cosy and huge shower, staff amazingly friendly - helping book taxi etc.
    Bar/food prices and stock were a bit poor. Heating just wouldn't do it's thing even with help from staff, but I didn't complain a second time

    The location of the hotel was very convenient, as was the parking.
    The heating wouldn't work in my disabled room. The walls were so cold like ice. I slept fully clothed with a heavy coat on the bed. There is no phone in the room and no signal. I didn't know there was a night person on, plus didn't see any info and as I m disabled and extremely tired I just slept for an hour or so freezing. The sheets were also very cold and damp. I told the receptionist the next morning and she said I should have contacted someone. How with no number and no signal. She didn't offer a future discount or apology. I've stayed at the ibis a few times, now a nd always found it comfortable. I'm 71 yrs of age and suffer with osteoarthritis among other ailments. Not happy. Vivien Reynolds

    Glad it was only the 1 night
    Room was clean (ish) and bathroom was a good size.
    Food was very average and very overpriced. TV in room didnt work. Wasnt offered any assistance other than we can move you if you want. Shower gel was very nearly run out and toilet paper was very low in the room. The option for industrial chic was quite clearly covering up some damp on the walls. Staff just rudely stood in the way of the key drop box when clearly trying to access it upon check out.

    Good for work.
    Breakfast was good, location good.
    Parking is an extra 10 for overnight stay, no warning and a rip off. I parked on the double yellows outside the car park on a sunday evening but it was risky with early morning HGVs frequently passing.
