    Overnight stay for Graduation
    The secure parking under hotel was a bonus and was free due to a promotion on at the time of staying, good location to where we needed to be .
    Bed was a bit firm for myself to get comfy , but my partner found it OK, also room could of done with some drawer storage.

    Great, comfortable option for central Birmingham
    The room was nice; it was warm and clean and had everything we needed. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was also very close to the city centre with the Christmas markets and train station within a 5 minute walk which was exactly what we wanted. Close to shops and lots of options for eating out. We didn't have breakfast there so can't comment on that.
    The only issue we had was finding the hotel car park. We drove around but couldn't see it so instead parked in Paradise parking, a 5 minute walk away. This was more expensive so it would have been great if there were clearer instructions on how to get into the hotel car park, as driving round trying to find it is not really a great option when you're in a busy, unknown city centre.

    Definitely will stay here again!!
    Lovely location only a short Uber ride to the centre, our rooms were up on 6th floor very nice and quiet, very big and comfortable bed and pillows, toilet nice and clean and the shower was amazing tbh. Free hot drinks machine while waiting to check out. My partner was thrilled.
