    W stayed in two cities Birmingham one was not too bad, but Manchester one was horrible, room size was v small, bath was an ancient sink was broken, Beds and chairs were creeping and all the Elctric sockets were broken. V bad

    The hotel was clean
    The lifts didnt work for the three days we spent there . Also, there was supposed to be breakfast included but when we got to the hotel we were told we have to buy the breakfast

    As it was between Xmas and the New year Hot breakfast was from a standard selection due to staffing levels ( in fact they have done this in previous years). There was a good selections of cold meats, cheeses, cereals and hot and cold drinks. The overall selection caters for most diets.

    Nothing.
    No privacy at all. Noisy door, security went out with me even when I go out to grab my food order. On the corridor I heard someone conversation on the phone from other rooms. The cleaners don't look in the eyes when answering. Smell was bad from the toilet just when check in and later too. We spent two nights there then move to another hotel Hampton Hilton which was much much more nice. Hampton have a bigger rooms, much bigger TV and a lovely smell. At the same price we had breakfast at Hampton where at Campanile we had to pay 12,50 extra per person. Never come back there for sure.

    I loved how cosy and comfortable it was. It was great value for money and will definitely stay again. I would like to give a shout out to the Night staff Sam, Ricky and the security guard who went above and beyond on New Years Eve as it was extremely busy early hours in the morning dealing with some tricky people. They dealt with situations professionally and showed that the safety of guests was their number one priority.
