Had to pay an extra approx 500 in GST which was not expected
Service apartment is very nice and big
Bathrooms are marble and can be very slippery when wet
No mirror in the bedroom
Overall staff at reception could behave better
Lifts didnt work despite reporting the fault on a few occasions ( there are no stairs for guests ( was not pleasant to get stuck on the higher floors)); one lift also shuts early
Domestic staff are excellent though!

It's always a pleasure to stay at this hotel--spick and span ambience mixed with luxury and comfort. The attention to details at this hotel is pretty on point. Would love to stay here again.
Nothing. I wish it had the same location as Grand Hotel--close to the happening places in Kolkata

Incredible building. So huge and luxurious
Extremely crowded at breakfast time.
At the time of check out, as our flight was at 06:00, we requested to leave the room at 3:00pm instead of 12:00pm. They wanted to charge additional half day. We refused. Such a shame!
