Location was perfect as we had a surgery scheduled for the next day that was only two blocks away.
Room was very large and newly remodeled with microwave and full size refrigerator. Hanna's Cafe on the premises had good food and super friendly staff. Good value compared to other stays in Reno.
Hot water took 15 minutes to reach the shower
Although the casino was deserted it still reeked of stale tobacco

I like the J resort and would stay there again. Next time I will ask for an extra blanket
Bed was comfortable but only had a thin blanket. We looked for an extra blanket in the middle of the night and did not find any so we had to turn the heat on much higher. The heat makes everthing feel drier than it already was.
Shampoo and body wash could be of better quality

The hotel is beautiful and its usually the only place we stay while in Reno but after this visit we probably will not be returning
The staff guaranteed a discount prior to us booking the room then denied stating they would wave the resort fee if we booked on booking.com

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. When I needed to change rooms, the manager on duty did her best to accommodate my request.
The whole hotel is surrounded by casinos, so it was difficult for me to easily find the hotel reception.

Finding a bartender. Oh and one of the laps in the corner didn't have an on/off switch, so I had to unplug it at bedtime.
