There is a rustic feel to the hotel. It has beautiful green lawns. There was a lot of space in the room and it was clean. The washrooms always had hot water, which is very important during the winter. A heater was also provided in the room, which was a pleasant surprise. The complimentary breakfast spread was good. The staff were very helpful. As we had to leave early on checkout day, they packed breakfast for us, which was so kind. Parking is also available at the hotel for those traveling by car. The hotel is located very close to the city center. I would definitely stay here if I visit Jaipur again in the future, and I would recommend it to anyone who goes to Jaipur .

Didnt get the room we paid for

Incredibly frustrating experience at this hotel. Paid for a superior deluxe room with courtyard views and got a windowless room and when I protested I was shown two other options neither of which were the superior deluxe I paid for - and at no point was I offered any kind of refund for the extra Id paid. Also there is a huge amount of construction going on to add a top floor to the hotel so its incredibly loud and not at all a relaxing experience. Really wish wed stayed elsewhere.

We were given a larger room than we requested. The breakfast buffet has both Western and Indian home-cooked fare.

Our ground floor room was very noisy, with the main hall from the entrance on one side and a courtyard in front of the dining room on the other. I had to wear ear plugs. This hotel was hard to find for Uber because there is a Jai Niwas Garden (just a park) that is not near the hotel at all. I would suggest adding another word to their name to make it more distinct.

Absolutely loved my stay at Jai Niwas Garden Hotel! The room was exceptional, the property was beautiful and the staff were attentive and friendly. I will definitely be staying here again when visiting Jaipur. Thank you!
