    Great value for money for a clean comfortable room in a brilliant location
    Lovely old hotel within a short walk of Keswick centre. Amazing views from our bedroom which was a little old fashioned but very clean and warm. The staff were friendly, room service helpful and replenished our tea, coffee etc daily. Lovely breakfast, good choice, cereals, cooked breakfast, pastries. Couldnt fault it really. Definitely stay again.
    Nothing- loved the hotel.

    Fantastic staff - friendly, efficient, attentive. . Excellent food - quality, presentation, taste (well done, chef).
    Lovely newly furbished room - warm & comfortable. Unfortunately overlooking bins/ skips & also delivery area. However, appreciate some rooms are situated there.

    It's a grand old hotel, a little dated in places but that's part of the attraction, bar area is very welcoming, Breakfast was fabulous , location is excellent plenty of parking spaces,
    Room got a little too hot but after a bit of fiddling with radiator valves it got down to a nice temperature.

    We come to visit Keswick for a quiet, calming retreat. This hotel we have stayed in twice and grow to love it even more
    The staff were super accommodating with disability and gave us a ground floor room. This is our second time staying here and each time we have adored the quiet in each room. The staff are super kind and our favourite part of our stay is the wild rabbits who reside in the garden munching on grass

    Beautiful clean room, comfortable beds, close to town centre and had a nice mountain view from window. Great value for money. Very much enjoyed the stay.
