Couldnt have asked for a nicer hotel
Stayed for 3 nights over the New year period. Loved absolutely everything about the property. The minute we arrived we fell in love with the place. The decor in the lobby, hallways and drawing room was amazing. The room was perfect and spacious and It was immaculately clean just like the rest of the hotel was. The food was absolutely delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Ive often found in hotels as nice as this that the staff are a bit stuffy but in Randles I thought they were extremely professional and I was really comfortable speaking with them. We have never felt so relaxed in a hotel before and we will 100% be returning in future.

It was a great stay just a few small things could use help but over all I liked it !
Very nice place .very comfy .loved the fire place with blankets and lounge areas.the staff were very friendly .the house keeping was very respectful and not intrusive like In other hotels .over all very pretty place
The room wasnt the cleanest .lots of spiders and cobwebs at window ,the sink was a bit dirty but I guess it happens sometimes .Also there was no slippers and I didnt like walking on the rug with white socks .last thing maybe the swimming pool ceiling could use a redo
