Okayyy...

The room is clean and the staff is very friendly during our arrival. However, the wifi is not working from our room. We complained about that but the staff kept saying there was no problem with the wifi. The location is a bit far from Zattere station, and it is quite hard with a family traveling with the stroller as to many stairs to reach there. There's another way to get there without stairs from Zattere station, but a bit far. The rest is good.

Wifi and aircond are not working.

We loved it

The classic triple room was so cute, very comfortable and cosy. We loved it! The staff was also very kind and helpful! Overall a great hotel located in a beautiful and quiet neighbourhood of Venice, 15min walk from st Marcos square.

Everything was great, the only comment I have to make is that a big mirror at the room would be useful, because all three of us had to use the bathroom mirror to get ready.

Extremely beautiful room with a cozy European touch

The place is really nice with a cozy European feel. The room is super comfortable and the people at the front desk are really helpful. Plus, it's in a great location, within walking distance of Salute (Santa Maria) and the gondola rides. You'll instantly love the room when you walk in.

Short and sweet. Thank you!

The location and the friendly staff. I also liked that we were able to leave our luggage at the front after checking out so we can walk around before our train.

The size of the shower and bathroom - very tiny even for someone who's petite like myself. The bed was okay but could have been comfier as well.
