We stayed at a park view room which was really nice. Staff is very kind and helpful. Location is perfect if you prefer 5th Av & Central Park area.

Great view once the condensation was wiped away!

Great room although we paid for a panoramic view but our windows had bad condensation so we had to wipe them constantly to see the view.

The location Really good price for location Clean and comfy Staff was nice and polite Quality of the furniture

Doors latches extremely noisy Noise from neighbors through communicating door inside my room No minibar nor coffee machine inside our room Complimentary water was missing some days

Ok, but not a 5 star hotel.

Location, view, room size

Staff was anything but 5 star. Never in my life I have left the front desk of a 5 start hotel with problems instead of solutions. I spent nearly a whole day trying to find a package that got delivered to me because no one could tell me where it was and adopted a is not my problem/ department attitude. What a mess. I also signed up for late checkout and got different rates from different people at the front desk. The first one gave me a half day rate first and the second gave me a full day rate instead and if I didnt have insisted I would have had to pay a full day rate. So inconsistent and messy, again. Also, no complimentary drip coffee in the morning. I literally have it for free in any 3 star hotel I stay in New York. Pretty disappointing.

Almost everything

F&B website (QR code in room) needs to be revised. No drinks available, apart of alcoholic (I.e. water) Milk in coffee options (oat milk as category, then skimmed as subcategory) And many more mistakes. Coffee maker should be available as standard. Then the price for it just to include 4 capsules.

A nice hotel, great location but customer service doesnt match the expensive room rate.

Quiet location next to Central Park and easy to walk to

I just felt staff bar the doormen, were aloof and not fully focused on customers (spent time talking amongst themselves) compared to some hotels we had stayed in where staff went out of their way to make you feel welcomed. We stayed here for my daughters 18th a fact which I had made the hotel aware of and it was completely ignored.
