Had a nice stay, location is perfect, just a little expensive

Location was great and friendly staff

corridors had trays of alcohol everywhere and the room didn't face the city which was unfortunate. Room seemed a little small for the price.

Mostly a pleasant experience just a few little issues that didn't really impact too much on our stay

We'll presented in reception. Friendly staff. Clean rooms.Exceptional bathroom. Plenty of choice at breakfast. Buffet breakfast could be warmer also appeared overcooked. Prefer to order.

Bar was a bit chaotic. Card machine not working. No small bottles of sparkling water. No straws.

Location is great , very clean and nice big spacious room with big window.

There was no body wash left in the shower which I think should always be checked That was the only fault everything else was perfect .

Our stay served a purpose as we were at a concert at the M & S Bank Arena

The room was lovely & cosy with a view over the Mersey. location was ideal for the M & S Bank Arena. The full English breakfast was nice, hot & tasty & all staff were helpful & pleasant.
