    Good hotel with pool, next to the town centre
    Nice hotel, well furnished room, bathroom. Very friendly staff. Health club, swimming pool onsite. Great location - walking distance from the town centre.
    Our first room had a dirty carpet, and so they changed the room for us.

    Booked and paid for junior suite and was given a dirty twin room on the corner of the building. We were offered a bottle of Prosecco as compensation which we declined plus a free drink to redeem at a bar that was closed.

    Short Stay in Liverpool
    Location was very good. The room was fairly big.
    Very slow check in. Then there was an issue with the room and the staff while friendly were slow to resolve the issue and it took a good deal of time to fix meaning we missed time exploring the city on a short break. This could have been resolved quickly and more professionally.
