    The Radisson Blu Hotel in Cardiff has a great central location near the arena and amenities. While some guests found the rooms looking tired, they were clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and (Read More)helpful, with one guest receiving a nice upgrade to a junior suite. Limited parking space height was mentioned. Overall, guests enjoyed the comfortable beds, good shower, and tasty breakfast, with some minor issues like noisy doors and worn carpets.

    Nice, quiet hotel, to a high standard in City center. Felt price was higher than hotel warrented
    Location was great, next to city center shopping. Room was good, clean and comfortable. Over new year was very quiet, with fewer than normal staff we were told, but most very friendly and communicative
    25 per night for car park seems excessive (75 for the three nights). Total bill was higher than hotel deserved, but probably due to time of year stayed.

    Excellent all round. Location was key factor
    Location was excellent. 5 mins from train station and 2 minutes into city centre. Lovely hotel in the heart of the city. Staff were very courteous and very helpful overall. Room was a good size and the king size bed was very comfortable.

    The staff were so kind and friendly they were all very helpful. Great view for the NYE fireworks .
    Had a leak in our room didnt effect us so did not bother to complain about it. Room 1202 on the 12th floor.

    Great location, friendly front of house Team, expensive parking.
    Everything was fine, check was delayed a little but the Team were great, understanding they had a busy night with NYE previous night.
    Parking super expensive was the only real disappointment. Team at Breaky could be a bit more energetic, just felt the mood was a little flat, Raddison at Heathrow really felt energised.
